Unleash Your Alter Ego

HALLOWEEN edition

It's Spooky Season, Arête family! If you’re anything like our team, Halloween is your favorite holiday - if not, season! Being able to dress up, create a new persona or showcase your creativity..

Historically, Halloween has been a Celtic tradition and yes, they did dress up! This was the night the veil of reality would thin, and all types of non-human beings were able to walk the Earth and you couldn’t tell who was a real person, a spirit or magical being. So the tradition introduced the idea of masking yourself, or dressing in a costume so no one would be able to tell the difference to stay unharmed. It was also a time when people would connect with their loved ones who passed. So now, every Hallow’s Eve, we continue dressing up but instead of hiding ourselves - it’s become a fun, experimental holiday where we can express our personalities and celebrate together.

However, for the fashion enthusiast, Halloween is the moment to let your alter egos shine! So, we rounded up the top 5 Halloween costumes for this year, and how you can express your personality in your own unique way:
